We're here to help you have great "live" music. If you have any questions or require additional information, please look over a few of our FAQ highlights.

We want to hire you! What do we need to do?

Please provide us with your company name (if applicable), the name and title of the person signing the contract, your billing address, telephone and email, the date of your event, the start and end time for the 'live" music (band/Artist), the band you would like to hire (chosen from this site or otherwise prearranged). With all of these details, we will send you a contract, invoice and W-9 form to start the process.

(We made it easy for you! Visit our Free Quote "Booking Request" page to provide us with all the details mentioned above)

How do we pay your band?

Upon signing our contract there is a deposit due with the balance paid by the start of the event. We accept all major credit cards, checks, PayPal, etc. You will receive an invoice, W-9 form and can choose your payment method.

Our event starts at 6:00 p.m., what time will your band arrive?

Pending the event, we plan our set-up time to be completed 30 minutes and no later than 15 minutes prior to starting. For your event starting at 6pm, the band members are notified to be set by 5:30 p.m. Each musician knows their own set-up time and arrive based on their needs. A keyboard and drummer will generally arrive one-hour before and a trumpet player might arrive at 5:30 pm, be set in 5 minutes and ready to start for 6pm.

Our event is outside, what if it rains?

We perform many outdoor functions that include Weddings, Parades, Private Parties, Festivals, etc. In the event of inclement weather, please have a safe, dry location available as a back-up so we can perform.

Please remember, the professional musicians have turned down other engagements to perform for your event.

Your band is hired to perform at our festival in Europe. Can you fly and arrive the day of the performance? (this is cheaper for us)

No, on all out-of-town performances it is required that the band travel and arrive at least one day prior to the performance. This is to ensure the band is there to perform. Hotel, meals and Per Diem need to be provided at no cost to the band members or band agent by the event producer or included in the over-all contracted fee.
