The hot, syncopated Jazz Age music of the 1920's and 1930's is here. David Hansen - a musician, composer (BMI), bandleader, agent, scholar of jazz history, vintage collector of arrangements, recordings, books, sheet-music and instruments is keeping this early music present today. His music library includes thousands of "stock" and handwritten arrangements dating from the 1890's though present day. The largest part of his collection includes original arrangements from the 1920's to the 1950's by a few of America's finest jazz composers and arrangers. The best bands in New York (Vince Giardano and the Nighthawks) perform and record this music style and in New Orleans you have the New Orleans Garden District Orchestra.
